Bairro Alto Hotel | LisboN

Tapestry commissioned by Bastir, an Architectural and Interior Design Studio, for Bairro Alto Hotel, in Lisbon, in the context of the renovation and expansion project for the hotel, in 2019. This piece is 8 meters high by 2 meters wide, covering 3 floors in the hall accessing the hotel suites. We have used macrame for the warp and design contours and tapestry for the weft.

White - Exclusives Suites & Villas | Ilha de São Miguel (Açores)

We have created twelve pieces, macrame and tapestries, for this hotel on the island of S. Miguel, the Azores. On the first phase of the project, four of the eight tapestries were used as curtain walls, separating different environments. On the second phase of this project (“La Maison”) we have created three wall tapestries and a woven natural tree trunk.

VILAMONTE FARMHOUSE | ALGARVE

Tapestries commissioned by the atelier Lacasta Interior Design, for the renovated Villa Indigo, pieces made in macrame and then enriched with the tapestry technique for the living room and bedrooms. The materials used were cotton cord, fabric, jute yarn, raffia, wool, among others.

casa modesta | olhão (aLGARVE)

We have partnered with PAr, an Architectural Office, to create outdoor furniture for Casa Modesta, a rural tourism with a contemporary feel, in Olhão, the Algarve. The furniture structures were designed by PAr and Oficina 166 came up with the textile design, all done in nautical rope. We have created four sunshades, six sun-beds and five stools/tables.

HOTEL PURE FORMOSA | OLHÃO

Tapestry commissioned for the reception wall of the Hotel Pure Formosa in Olhão. Made in macramé, this piece measuring 1.80 meters high and 4 meters wide, was enriched with tapestry technique.

HOTEL ALBATROZ | CASCAIS

Project carried out for atelier Viterbo by Gracinha Viterbo, an Interior Design Office, for Hotel Albatroz’s staircase facing wall, under their renovation project in 2019. Made in macrame, this piece is 3,20 meters high by 1 meter wide and has been enriched with tapestry.

craveiral farmhouse BY belong staying & feeling | alentejo

This decorative panel, with close to 8 meters in length, has been inspired by the very concept of this rural tourism, rooted on organic and sustainable farming, vegetable gardens and nature. This macramé was complemented with other materials and techniques such as crochet and felting. Seven large panels made of jute and Arraiolos wool were also created.

casa do freixo | redondo (Alentejo)

Project of five pieces made in macramé for the living room and two suites of this unit of Rural Tourism located in Alentejo. The room piece was made with brown cotton cord in order to be in perfect harmony with the rest of the room decoration. For the bedrooms were made with linen cord.

Paraíso Escondido | São Teotónio (Alentejo)

This was a project for two suites of a rural tourism unit located in Alentejo, Portugal. The pieces were made in macrame and enriched with tapestry.

Apartamentos Short rental | Lagos (Algarve)

For this Project, signed by the Interior Design Office Andringa & Lacasta, we have created 21 wall tapestries for the 21 Short Rental apartments. We have used macrame and tapestry techniques.
